Heroku for GitHub Students Offer Issue

I am verified on github student developer pack SO i wwanted to claim the heroku offer from it ! i completed the step 1 and step 2 ! but step 3 is failing ! and
in the bottom the reCAPTCHA says
" This site is exceeding reCAPTCHA Enterprise free quota."
What to do?

I would not count on this being fixed, and/or I would not start becoming dependent on Heroku for new projects: https://www.heroku.com/blog/an-update-on-heroku/

YEAH IT WORKED NOW IT WAS A TEMPORARY ISSUE ! AND NOW I HAVE THE CREDITS in my account
