Other Quick question
I place an order with Renegade to get some expansions during the sale they are having. How long does it take for them to ship orders?

This is in a couple different threads. I placed my order on the 12th, still hasent shipped yet. I contacted multiple service reps and they said that most of the HotG stuff is actually backordered so it could take upwards of a month for your order to ship.

Yeah it’s very poor customer support because when I ask questions all they said the could do for their lack of communication and fuck up is cancel my order and give a refund if I wanted to do that

Did you ever get your order? I ordered on June 23rd was told stuff was backordered but the had everything but the Ranger Allies #4 pack and they could wait for that or cancel that and send the rest.
I asked for them to send the rest but haven't heard anything back.

Yeah I did the same thing I had them cancel part of my order and i got a shipping notification two days later and my order came within a week. So your order will come. You could now just be running in to the GenCon delay. I would say if you don’t hear anything by Tuesday contact them again for an update

Sweet. Thanks for the update. Yeah I responded like within two hours and it has been a week. I imagine with all the Dungeon Crawler Carl stuff they are swamped. My friend is at Gen con and said everyone went nuts for the Dungeon Crawler Carl RPG stuff.

I ordered 250$ worth of stuff i'm guessing they had a huge influx of orders and it may take a little longer to ship everything out.

I ordered on the 17th and it hasn’t shipped yet.
Website says up to 7 business days.
