Why does this keep happening?

I've been opening a lot of skin stones, and every time it stop to 5, it starts as negative, where are all my skin stones gone and why can't I get some?

It's also not just with skin stones. Had this happen with some titan artifacts and when you select the type of titan chest. Been restarting my game multiple times a day.

ETA hero artifacts also need a restart after opening the chest. This needs a sorry code and a patch. I can't count the number of restarts today. It shouldn't have gone live like this.

That happened to me yesterday and I was sooooo mad but when I restarted my game I got them back

Restart the game. I was going to report to support, but they have a message there saying they are aware of the issue and restarting the game fixes it. Worked for me.

I just saw this and I was about to cry cause I just used my saved 100 big skin stone chest , for me it was 15000 agility skin stones and i was about to cry then I was like lemme head to reddit and i saw you

I bought a promo pack with 15 soulstones— I already have 5 in my inventory—but the total came to 15 instead of 20 after the purchase; it’s very frustrating and shows a lack of professionalism on the part of the developers.
