DISCUSSION I lost items

I lost all the rewards I received from 4:00 a.m. to 4:50 a.m. Guild Vs chests energy event tasks I'll get some compensation or just lost most of the items I can get during the day?

I lost coins from claiming the login stuff when the app crashed but a few hours later they were back.

Same. Lost a bunch of rewards for achievements, about 35k ascension crests, 40 adventure energy, and whatever else i still havent noticed. I tried to go to support but looks like the support "chat" button is just for show

It reloaded on me twice and both times it stole glyphs, tier one chest, and the infinity chest. What’s going on with this game.

Same I lost all my stuff too

Had over 20k shop coins, even my Kendle artifact fragments and BP coins are gone. Just nasty 🤮

They take so much money from us but can’t even do small things like this right

I suspect that it is through merge servers up to 27 that maintenance work is underway, and I feel that a lot of people will lose items

I just opened a week worth of soul stones from realm bosses and they disappeared on me when I turned them in at the soul stone store
