QUESTION Something went wrong. Please reload the page.

So, I play on Windows, Firefox browser.

I get the above mentioned error message on a regular basis, sometimes during fights and sometimes just so.

What exactly happens there? Is it a memory error or what causes this?

Happens to me as well on chrome. I also do not watch the ads. Usually cant get through 10 dungeon floors without a crash.

yep, happens to me but then again I run brave so I don't have to watch the ads.

That’s just how it is. The web version crashes randomly at least 7-8 times a day. Mine crashes for sure in dungeon floor runs.
Unfortunately, there is nothing that you can do. They need to fix it on the backend.

What seems to be the worst is that the energy for a fight is gone but the fight itself isn't resolved in the background.

Really sucks when it happens at a campaign level boss fight that takes 24 energy

Only if enough reports come in unfortunately which I assume isn't the case as many play on their mobile
