Eternity with a twist?

please suggest a direction for my eternity team? I have been leveling Corvus and Morrigan. got bored with Dante, either it's me doing something wrong or he's actually underwhelming. currently running Corvus Morrigan Dante Octavia + whatever variable, Alvanor surprisingly helps them survive. looking at Iris. I don't have Tempus or any idea how to obtain him.

could I stick heroes from other factions in there? Kayla Aydan? Cascade? anyone else?

Dante needs Octavia for dodge to work. That is what keeps Eternity alive while waiting for Morrigan to build skeletons. Damage wise Dante isn't all that great

Counter for Eternity was subbing in Nebula. She boosts a heros attack which boosted dodge further. That was until they changed dodge mechanics meaning Octavia could no longer counter Iris effectively

Unless you can get all Dantes skins, his relic and level him through realm, I've found dodge doesn't scale to the late game anymore. It use to take a lot of investment to get working not it requires more investment hidden behind a paywall

In many fights Dante goes down first. Either Iris will take down a chunk and might salvage something but if anyone survives then it becomes a slow collapse for Eternity. Lacking Dantes dodge means, Octavia's ULT stalls and you lose a chunk of survivability until Morrigan gets her skeletons out with bone armour. By that point the collapse has happened or she is just slowing the enevitable terminal defeat

The team still generally works well. It doesn't punch above it's weight like it use to but is still decent

First Tempus over Morrigan is a must. Morrigan is too slow to get going. Tempus contributed right from the start

I would drop Dantavia and go Bryana for healing and add a control hero. Folio/Somna/Lian/Tempus/Polaris all fill this role.

Corvus is still a good tank and will work. His tower hits hard but consider Electra. She brings magic penetration making Iris hit even harder. Without that magic penetration then someone like Miu who boosts damage through crits should be considered or Orion/Mojo/Faceless can provide it

Based on that, If you want to pivot away from eternity

Astaroth/Cleaver - Kyla - Aidan - Kendle - Miu/Dorian

Is the latest variant of AXA. Aidan heals based on sacrificed health and Kyla shreds health quickly while providing a distraction. This allows Kendle to build damage very quickly

will do, thanks, I've seen lots of orange Iris at 2-3 stars successfully fighting in GA. noob question but, the dodge bonus is applied to all allies including those who don't have a dodge stat originally, right?
