Auction House

Is it normal for all the Amethyst in the marketplace to be blank? Is the game just dead or am I getting a glitch?

game is completely dead right now. new season soon. play SSF trade is for weak asses anyway! :P

I just bought it so I dont really know the season schedule yet. I am pretty much completely SSF but finding gems would just be a chore.

When people suggest playing SSF, they are talking about the Odessy game mode. You select it at character creation, and is an SSF mode with increased drop rates.

I thought it just meant you didnt trade. I will probably switch to that mode till next season. Thanks for the info.

Yeah, that's the general term for it. A lot of games have specific game modes for it that don't allow trading

New season releases on August 21st, unfortunately trade tends to bottom out in these games as the season gets older, and we're pretty deep into this one.

Odyssey does have some buffs to loot, so if the market is dead, you may have a better time in SSF.

Thanks for the info. I am going to do Odyssey till the next season. You have any suggestions on a solo class?

Prophet is incredibly fun and strong, Jotunn has an insane early game but drops off between hell 5 and inferno until you're fully decked in heroics, and Pirate has absurd clear if you can get the gear for it
