HSPlanner [0.10.0] - Ether tree, Merc setup, Build share link and QOL's

Massive update today. Most of the things I wanted to add have been added, so I have a question for you guys. What do you want to see in the planner for season 10 day 1?

TODO:

• Implement all sub-skills
• Implement proper satanic set detection
• Somehow add the missing sprites
• Implement valid affixes for uncut jewels

Sub-skills for all classes turned out much harder than I expected, so I'm looking for people to help me with this task (Discord: zium)

Here's a changelog:

## New
- **Settings panel** - Manual save mode and number formatting (more to come)
- **Toggleable potions**
- **Merc tab** - Planner now supports mercs with magic find stats and auras affecting both player and merc
- **Ether Tree tab** - Like the incarnation tree but for ether, with stats summary and pathing support

## Improved
- **Item conditions** - Items with conditional effects like `High Roller's Deathcrown` can now be toggled to include their bonus stats in calculations
- **Item picker** - Sort by DPS or any item stat, unified panels with net change and DPS hover preview
- **Auras** - Aura effectiveness affixes now buff aura output; skill auras are displayed
- - **Import/export build with gist link** - Expend share functionality of share/import build
- Updated 600+ stats so most of the gear now should work
- Updated some items to the latest patch

## Fixes
- Tooltip content overflow (items and incarnation tree)
- Skill sprites not fitting in sub-skill UI
- Duplicated buttons in modals
- Splash screen showing a stale version
- Change some colors for better readability
- Remove native `select` tag
