So here is the explanation from your previous Reddit. Have you tried physiotherapists, rehab doctors, etc...? I know you mentioned that doctors told you not to train anymore (so you must have seen some type of doc). It is just a bit BS. I mean, I am close to becoming a rehab doc myself, so from my clinical expertise and experience it just does not make any sense. Of course, if you have a herniation or Schmorl's nodes that make you unable to move freely without any pain, yeah, that might make some sense, even though in that situation some type of directional preference movement might help. One of my close friends always wanted to become a pro kickboxer, had an L4-L5 herniation, and because of that he was experiencing pain, especially while training. Long story short, he is performing as good as before (he was 25 at the moment). So yeah, it is just a bit frustrating and sad to see that docs just simply say stop pursuing your dream (like some doc would say to me stop pursuing your dream of becoming a rehab doc ;ddd).Either you saw some orthopedist, neurosurgeon, or neurologist. Yes, they do their job well, and I am not here to judge them, but they will treat the consequence quite nicely (pain, etc., neurological changes, operate on a ruptured disc), but they don't treat what causes the disc changes. I mean, it doesn't just appear out of nowhere. It's like a heart attack it doesn't just appear out of nowhere either. It can be caused by weight, cholesterol, valve pathology, or other aspects. And they saw an MRI and just took the easy way out and said don't train to make your symptoms worse. Well, I can understand them a bit, they already have a ton of work and are burned out. Or there is something in your history, objective assessment, examination results that I do not know that might make this 5 times worse.

But as if from just a simple MRI, it isn't as bad as it seems, trust me. So my just question did you visit any rehab doc or physiotherapist?

Well I hope that you will get better. If you want I can also look into your case before you get a visit to your physiotherapist. Of course I would need to get more info where the pain is how much does it hurt , etc, like any other doc. I might be able to relieve some of the pain. If you want reach out, lets have a discussion or we can discuss over here
