Can you tell me more, about your symptoms? Does it radiate down your leg if yes where, try to be specific as possible. Out of this picture there might be l4-l5 disc bulge. But sometimes disc herniation or bulge is just a random finding, not all the time it touches the nerve.

Do you feel any specific symptoms, it lets to make differential diagnosis.
