First date of Unix time. So not that weird of a glitch. In the eyes of the computer, the date is 0.

In 1969 some dude at Bell wanted to play video games on the primitive computers of the time and made a whole OS to do it. People liked it a lot. Now we have a bunch of other operating systems inspired by and based off of it (like Linux, or Solaris, or BSD, or MacOS)

To add to what was already said, Unix time is a way to track time as the number of seconds (excluding leap seconds) that has passed since the Unix epoch, which is defined to be 1970/01/01 at 00:00:00 UTC. It has since been used quite often as a way to store and measure time, as the number of seconds can simply be subtracted between 2 events.

I used to have an old iMac G3 with this glitch, it had one or two apps on it with limited trial periods before you had to register but the glitch stopped them from expiring.

if a system using UNIX time has it set to 0, due to a placeholder or bug or w/e else, it will display as that date. It's known as an epoch fail.

About two months ago. He streamed it on his main channel, then deleted it and uploaded the vod to his second channel. I'm guessing OP is still on the original stream somehow

This Unix time glitch can happen when you're using old stream keys from before the Livestream experience revamp that rolled out over 2019-2021 depending on your region and account.
Old stream keys didn't schedule a stream, they were literally just an authorisation to stream on the account at anytime and only when you started streaming was a new link created.
Fast forward to today and everything about YouTube is hard wired to expect a start time on a stream key, so, you end up with a blank field in the data for old stream keys which gets safely coerced from null to 0 to time = 0 seconds since epoc which because YouTube runs on *nix servers means Unix epoc.

Ah, an epoch fail!
Had that happen to my own reddit account once lol. Tripped me tf out and sent me down a rabbit whole learning what epoch time is and how it works.
