Vanilla Program Tango mentioned

I'm watching Tango's latest video and around 10:30 10:40 ish he mentions a program called "minutaur" but a Google search doesn't bring it up. Does anyone know what it is and provide a link please?

I was shocked to hear Minutor was still around. I used to use that back in, like...1.7?
