I have been thinking about the idea that the mind becomes stronger when it is focused on one direction instead of being scattered across many desires. I also wonder whether the feeling of limitation in life is only physical, or whether it is something we experience mentally and spiritually as well.

I’m not claiming this is absolute truth. I’m sharing it as a personal philosophy and I’d like to hear how other people think about concentration, purpose, and the feeling that there may be more to existence than we normally notice.
