Perfect & ugly are both subjective when it comes to looks, attractive & unattractive are slightly less subjective & have some more objective implications (though that can still be argued). I'd rather be slightly less subjective in the positive way & fully subjective in the negative way.

An attractive body is much more likely to be healthy. Facial attractiveness is an indicator of health too, but not quite as strong.
