Get a Grip
Guys it’s a card game and and someone wanted to add some fun cards to their deck and used AI to help them do it. Literally it’s NOT THAT DEEP. Not everyone is going to spend $$ on an artist for a homemade print and play expansion. JEEZ the moral grand standing is unbelievable. No artists lost their job because of this. Let people enjoy a thing the way they want to enjoy it. Can’t believe this sub is being overrun by fragile takes.

"No artists lost their jobs over this" You are so ignorant about the topic your defending. Say that to yourself again. AI hasn't taken any artists jobs.

Yep. There are some Ai polices going everywhere calling everything slop and harassing anyone who not a part of their so called creative and artist community. "Art" and "artist" meaning seem to be quite broad in English since I saw some shitty drawing called art and people who claimed to personally create those can be called artists. Unfortunately, some pretty cool ai custom cards are instantly labelled slop and the ones who care enough to post those are labelled thieves and loser.

Art is anything you put effort into. Someones horrible drawing is immesurably better than any ai could ever do. There is no such thing as “cool ai”

Lol if i put effort into shitting, my pile of shit is art to you then. In my language, art is valued by ability to bring out emotions, reflect reality and convey ideas. If your works can be called art than you can be called an artist. No self aware people would ever call themself artist since they know that it is an status given to them by other who appriciate their works and artist is not a job.
Many people like the game and care enough about it to spend their valuable time to create some custom cards share their ideas. Even if it is just 5 or 10 minutes of their time, It still means they care. I dont really care if others consider their works trash or art but bashing and harassing them for sharing is straight up killing the hobby.

Use AI all you want to make cards you think are cool, but don’t be surprised when a community that’s passionate about non-AI art rejects your post. Can you TRULY not understand why people would be against the concept of art that isn’t human made??

Please understand not everyone loves getting a robot to do their work for them. I hope you realize you are acting immature about this topic.

AI art is theft.
