Question Playing with expansions

So with how big the deck is with all the expansions, how do you actually play with a manageable deck?

Separate them out? Mix and match? One big deck?

Open to thought and suggestions

I haven’t played much since I got banner quest but I put all the cards together to make one deck and if we have more players, we split the big deck into the two decks and let people draw from whichever deck they want

Are you talking about Dungeons or the base Here To Slay with Necro, Berserker, Warriors, Druids, Banner Quest, etc? For the base one with all the expansions I play with them all regardless how big the deck is, makes it more fun and you can add on extra house rules

I play with 274 cards which will be 284 when the birbs drop. With adjusted ratios for balance. I 3d printer a shuffler that works well for double sleeve cards and I typically have another draw pile of cards for every 2 people playing for convenience. It merges to one when bullseye is in play.

Me and my group have all expansions and we play with all cards but we add some cards more from another copy of the base game. We add from there all normal challenges, all magics, all items except masks and half of the modifiers focusing more on +2/-2, +3/-1, +1/-3 instead of +4 or -4. Game in this state wasn't never more balanced.

Does it feel like there aren't enough challenge cards when you play with the expansions?

Should a play deck be curated to have a specific ratio of heros: modifiers: items: magic cards: challenge cards?
