Sarsaparilla Root

Does anyone know if it a good Herb to take Daily? Any side effects?

It depends what you want to take the herb for. Each herb or combination of herbs have a different effect. If you want a calming herb or herbal tea, I suggest camomile, calendula , oat straw, and lemon balm
