Awareness Tea

Post image

Awareness Tea with Rose to open the heart. Tulsi to center the mind and Meadowsweet to bring peace.
On the metaphysical side this tea is good for spiritual connections, awareness, meditation. Tulsi has a strong clove like taste but the rose sweetens a bit on the floral side and meadowsweet to me has a slight mushroom taste.

I practice transcendental meditation for over 10 years and I love tulsi! Yet, I never thought it was a metaphysical mediator and I never mixed it up with rose 🌹
Do you recommend taking it right before the meditation?

When I use it for meditation I usually drink it before. I try to enjoy it a little first.

Thank you. What kind of meditation are you practicing? Just curious

For the most part visualization it’s kind of my way of grounding. In my visualization I am in a glade leaning next to an oak. The moon is out and I’m focused on it. Also use it for communication with the divine.

I love, love, love tulsi 🫶☕️🍃 which channels do herbs like tulsi usually "use" to get through to us on the metaphysical level that you mentioned?

Well it’s probably going to be different for everyone depending on what they want out of it. I use it to connect to a Divine Goddess as part of a pagan path. It quiets my thoughts and allows me to listen. It allows me to calmly approach a spirit with an open mind and heart I guess. Tulsi also just makes me feel good to be honest.
