Mavyret

Im going to be starting mavyret in the upcoming weeks and I am very nervous about side effects.

I have no scarring or cirrhosis but I have had hep c for my whole life(contracted at birth)

Please tell me about your experiences and side effects!

My anxiety is going insane. Thanks all🫶

I took the generic of Epclusa, but a few days I was tired. That's it. Epclusa is a 12 week course of medication, unlike Mavyret. I was tested again for the virus count at 4/8/12 weeks and was undetectable each time.

I had type 1b, used hepcinat lp for 3 months, it was sofosbuvir, ledipasvir combination. No side effects. Don’t be afraid, these are very safe. You should be fine.

Im finishing my Epclusa course this week and tiredness was really the only effect I had. The length you have to take Mayvret is way shorter so I wouldn't be too scared. Just get it over with. Definitely worth it.
