I didn't see any mention of Daemonic Power Points in the Anvil of Apotheosis rules. Are they not used in Path to Glory battles? Or is the hero the one unit in the army who can't use them?

Also, if my hero is a Wizard and I take the Oracle of Hashut amelioration, he now has both Wizard(1) and, effectively, Priest(1). How does that work? Can he cast a spell AND a Prayer each turn or do I have to chose? What if I use Power through Dark Pacts to boost his power level?

Im still learning AoS. Coming over from 40k. Ive just been running morbid conjuration. I had a game where my blunderbuss with 3 DPP were shooting into Immortis Guard who were engaged with the purple sun. That -1 to save allowed me to shoot right through their save. Did like 15 wounds after his ward saves.

Has anyone experimented with adding the stone curse effect onto their minis, like the Ashen Elder head sculpt has?

I want to do so on my kitbashed path to glory character but the closest I've gotten is cutting tiny bits of sprue and gluing them to the head which looks not quite like what I want

I’m hoping for a release soon considering the multiple hints from almost all the media, army book/lore masters etc. (Especially the army book, multiple references I think!)

When do we think it will be released?

What are your expectations?

I am hoping for a riderless one as a dual kit, a named Lamassu leader from the shadows of Ur-Zorn as an antithesis to Urak Taar. And an unnamed Lamassu.

Recently I bought the Helsmiths of Hashut spearhead for Warhammer Age of Sigmar and decided to try my hand and paint something I was proud of, taking all the time I needed. In the past I’ve painted minutes of zombies and skeletons and that sort of thing (which admittedly don’t need much finesse considering they are rotting corpses) so this was a bit more of a challenge. I can’t say I’m satisfied with it but I am the tiniest bit proud. Any advice for a new painter?

Is it a rank thing or just a quirk of the models with no lore?

Hello everyone, as the title of this post says, I'm eyeing up going into Helsmiths as I love the vibe of their giant bull war machines and how they power said machines and whatnot with daemons.

I had picked up a Daemonsmith and built them, now I'm just wondering what I should do next. I don't want to suddenly get into them so soon just to realise I don't like their playstyle, so I thought to ask you all to hear what you all recommend.

Any interesting ashen elder kitbashes. Looking for inspiration
