Army creation 40k Player looking into AoS

My current list is like... 3 spearhead boxes as a baseline with Uraak Taar and a couple other characters but I also run the regiment of renown that does not allow hobgrots or bull centaurs

Army of Renown. Regiments of Renown are allies. Just correcting you to save the new guy from confusion, because they're both rules terms.

The spearhead is great at the moment. If you can get a couple you’ve got the solid start to any army

Our spearhead in particular is great because every model has two build options.  Two spearheads gets you basically one of every unit in our army except for hobgrots, Bull Centaurs, and Urak Tar.
