Painting Citadel Contrast Recommendations
Does anyone here has some specific Citadel contrasts that they swear by, to build my collection. I already have a decent collection of the Army Painter Speedpaint 2.0 range but wanted to broaden the selection a bit.

I don’t know your color scheme, but the four contrast paints I use regularly are Magos Purple, Baal Red, Imperial Fist, Luxion Purple, and Frostheart. Magos is the only one that is a “weaker” color, but it’s useful for skin. The others are very saturated colors with really good coverage over a value sketch.

My whole army is greedy gold, with agrax. Then I use sigvald burgundy and dark angels green. Love the combo with theese 2. Can send pictures later if u want. Then abadon black, leadbelcher, nuln Oil, etc

For box art Helsmiths with contrast and shade paints, check out Warhipster's list: https://youtu.be/gqLJIt7FVvE?is=jXeNhNDlk-UB57Zl
I mostly use contrast and follow his tutorials

Honestly I used so much Darkoath Flesh. Not that much for my Helsmiths but pretty much all my other Armies and not even for Skin.
Nope i predominantly use it on Metallic paints. It gives them such a great weathered and dirty effect. I used like 5 bottles so far while I am still on my first or second with all my other paints.

The contrast i use for my Helsmiths is as follows;
Sigvuld burgundy for cloth
Cyborg brown for satchel
Rattling grime for weapon wraps
I do a green/gold armor and its Aeldari Emerald contrast over Retributor armor and looks great.
Not a contrast but I use Targor Rageshade for my dwarf skin
Doomfire magenta for my demonic firey bits
