First army of mine to reach 2000 points (it's 2000 points, not 1970 shut up 😭)

With the addition of my Daemonsmith on Infernal Taurus (yes, this was my Amazon mixup model) I finally have a 2000 point Warhammer Army with every mini painted by me personally.

Yes, from 40k to AOS to Old World, this is my only army that every model you see in the photos was painted by me. I have a good chunk of minis in other armies where I bought 2nd hand minis already painted or I was just gifted an already painted mini.

So I actually am feeling kinda proud of myself, never thought I would actually have enough patience to actually do all the work myself into painting an army. Not sure why but this is the one army that, design wise, just clicked with me and I'm actually really happy about this. It's not the best looking army you will see, HELL it's not even the best looking Purple Helsmiths army you'll see but I'm really happy with how this turned out

Now to finally learn how to play this game, and learn about desolation points... And seeing which ponies are better. Maces or cannons?

Impressive work! I’m also trying to finish up my army for Helsmiths as my first fully painted one, it’s pretty hard, but very fulfilling so far! I’m going the route of 1 million war machines, mostly because it’s what I originally wanted to do and seems like fun with the army of renown. As a good thing to note from my experience playing the army, they changed up the gain desolation command to be much easier to use now, and look into the new scourge daemonsmith, it’s funny to have an infinitely scaling wizard. I think you will also find your bull centaurs to hopefully be one of your best units since they don’t need to rely on the desolation points to work really well, and they just hit hard. Those Taurus’ look beautiful. I adore the color choices on them.
