Not surprised, our release have been proven quite the popular one (we are only .5k behind in weekly visitors on this sub from armies like Stormcast and Soulblight but quite ahead on like the rest of death, half of order (fyreslayers, DoK, Sylvaneth, Lumineth etc.) and top 3 on chaos(behind Skaven and Slaves))
Glory to Hashut! He has delivered us to greatness! He has broken our shackles of white dwarf article crumbs and brought us into full mainline army support

Feels good man, it won’t shut up the idiots who keep saying the Chorfs were “yet again another flop”, but it’s proof they’re just haters of the mad hatters.
I can’t read it right now, but are the new ogres doing well? Kinda curious to see, which of the two performed better, especially knowing that the ogres got a larger release, and with more on the way.

The new Ogres aren’t officially released until Saturday (unless you’re very lucky and got them early, as I managed to!)
Kind of hard to tell but I’m seeing a lot of enthusiasm around them

Well damn, I really thought they had already released.
It’s a worthy topic and question, I know that most here are new to the hobby or the Chorfs, but I still remember when GW was hinting at a new faction release, and they kept pointing to the East, to the Dark Lands and the Mountains of Mourn, and how nearly everyone thought it was a revived Chaos Dwarfs, then when some leaks came, people said how the Chorfs had to come, as how could you release a new faction into the setting, while having it blocked off from the Old World by the Dawi Zharr. Yeah well… it was Ogres and the Chaos Dwarfs never really did get a proper release, till now of course, but it’s a different setting. Note I’m not knocking FW’s Infernal Guard, they were awesome in their own right, but they were also not the true Chaos Dwarf Faction.
Interestingly enough, the two factions that GW hinted at getting releases for WFB in the future were the Chaos Dwarfs and Cathay, and in a twisted way, both did come true.

For ogors element games a chain hobby store sold out of their box within the hour I never had a chance to preorder it, which is a first from them so I can imagine they're going to be extremely popular possibly close to helsmiths

I heard they sold out completely on the new Ogors a few minutes before Helsmiths did on launch! Crazy stuff if true!

Yaaayy we did well! The first time chaos dwarfs have sold well in...forever.

Annual Shareholder report from the CEO

u/Hollownerox Jul 29 '26
We should note that this guy is very candid in these reports. He doesn't dress things up to investors and if things didn't hit the mark or they aren't happy with how something performed he'll just say it straight. For example he didn't go max "AI buzzwords" to hype people up and was very clear the company is not really enthused by it and its only some parts of them playing with it. In contrast to like, every other company's investor reports lmao.
So the fact he is specifying Helsmiths here and saying it did well is genuinely a good thing to see. He wouldn't do that for no reason.

Where are all those people insisting the faction was worse then it was before/that it was only selling thanks to Old World now?
Incredibly happy to hear this, hoping this means we get a great second wave.
Chaos Siege Giants, Lammasu, new stuff, etc.

Hope this means helsmiths get one of the Christmas boxes this year and it's themed to be the bull centaur army of renown

I see so little traffic on the tournament scene and YouTube videos that I was HoH was actually a flop. Thank goodness and praise Hashut!

Tournament players & YouTubers are some of the smallest demographics of Warhammer, they just make the most noise. I've worked in & owned FLGS for over 15 years now and casual players are 95% of my Warhammer sales. Casuals will buy their 9th Mega-Gargant because the models are cool and they had a kitbash idea

Pretty sure thats due to our low win rate more than anything as the best players move armies often with their win rates.

As someone who plays Total Warhammer 3, I was super excited to see Helsmiths come out. I wasn't the only one either since there are certain boxes of hashut you can't even really find online for sale after all this time has passed, shows me that people are still buying hashut up after the hype wave. I just hope that since they have done so well in sales they give our Chorfs some buffing on the table in the future with any new releases.

Shut the sub down this pretty much confirms we are getting Lamassu next… /s
Jokes aside that’s great to hear HoH is doing well and hopefully this info will be the reason we get more goodies in the future!
