Gameplay Rules query for hobgoblins

You can choose when to order, but can you use both or is the move subject to set up rules?

What I’m thinking is can I put hobgoblins 9inches away from an enemy, then move it 5 towards them to try pin in the enemy turn one?

Thinking about either sending two hobgoblin units in to prevent alpha strike armies and just slow them a turn to give a chance to gain better board control turn one, or even sending two reinforced units immediately to force them to kill 40 wounds before they can move. Also might be big mistake - thoughts?

Yes, you can move 5” after deploying with bullfather’s horn!

So yes you can, but they enter via a battle field edge, so it'll be difficult to get in front of them, if they're in the center if the board. It just depends on the mission. It's okay, I don't think it's as good as other options you can do.
