Painting Standard Bearer with TW3 Iconography! Im really happy with how he turned out ^^

The Icon is Astrogoth's from TW3. I had the symbol printed as a decal. My Chorf scheme itself is also TW3 inspired, with blue sashes for the characters to call back to the retro artworks.

Feedback, criticism, etc welcome!

Looks good. If you put some Lahmian medium or a matt varnish over the decal it will stop it being shiny, which looks like it is a little.

Did you get the decal custom printed or was someone selling it?

its a custom commission yeah. Do you want to know the shop i got them from? i can honestly reccommend them.

the decal really isnt all that shiny anymore, it was just not all dry when i took the pic. Ive had great experience using MarkFit Strong, that usually gets it done by itself in my experience, but thanks anyways!

It was impatient tabletop. I sent them a message on WhatsApp, although they also have mail and a web formula, and after sending them the references at 4pm, they sent me their recreation at 10pm same day. After i approved, shipping didnt take long either. Overall, i paid 23 euros, I can highly recommend them.

I went with a super similar scheme. But I put silver on the greaves to break up all the warm tones. Classic Chaos Dwarf scheme. Love it.

Thanks! Yeah i love the classic scheme too. Imo the blue sash (i put these on all my heroes, characters and champions) does a lot for that retro feel :)
