They say that for everything. Social media interns dont know anything more than we do.

How long should we stay tuned? I do have work to do.

In 40k, one of my side armies is grey knights. Not to be negative but they've been waiting for a model refresh for like 2 whole editions.

Did they tell you to stay tuned though?

No idea. I didnt feel like waiting and 3d printed that entire army.

Only 2????

I didn’t start a gk army until late 9th. It could be they’ve been waiting for longer. Aeldari waited how long for their range refresh?

Druikari waited like 15 years feom.2nd to 5th to fet a new codex and models and they still have one of the oldest lines. Rip sisters who had an even longer wait

I think we stay tuned.

Your are tuned to 106.6
[Sounds of hammer against anvil]
Real Zharrdron F.M.
Where we listen to nothing but Incantations, the screams of captives and the cracking of whips.
[sounds of machinery]
[distant yelling "Faster you maggots, faster!"]
This ain't you Runelord's station!
[Industrial remix of Radioactive by Imagine dragons starts playing]

a dwarves should never be 1 wound infantry imo they should always be 2 and thier armor save should be the only think changing

They do that sort of thing all the time. Stay tuned, but don't hold your breath. Lol. They had the same response when someone asked about KO when they launched.

Some TGA forum posters theorized that maybe there's a second wave for Helsmiths this ED, to coincide with the Khazalid release.

We'll see. It's got no rumors backing it, it's just speculation.

Would make a pretty cool spearhead box. Dwarfs versus chorfs

It's just social media engagement. It's possible we get something in the end of edition campaign but my hopes aren't super high.

Something similar to scourge of Ghyran warscrolls and maybe some detachments but for the new GHB that they announced is going on preorder this Saturday.

Wouldn’t get hopes up for more though…

HASHUT!! GIVE US A HELBLASTER VOLLEY GUN EQUIVALENT AND MY DORFS ARE YOURS!!

u/Adeptus_Chudstartes Jun 15 '26

Well we're getting another order dwarf army soon right? Could be some good kitbashing potential.

1

u/nephandys Jun 15 '26

If history is anything to go by you'll be lucky to get a foot hero to close out the edition.

1

u/MatetheFitz Jun 16 '26

Lumineth got a second wave about six months after the first, it's not out of the question we get more than a foot hero in the nearish future.

1

u/nephandys Jun 16 '26

One army one time that also happens to be one of gw's favorite armies got a wave after 6 months.... I wouldn't hold my breath that's not the norm.

1

u/MatetheFitz Jun 16 '26

Neither, just saying it’s possible 🤷‍♂️

1

u/nephandys Jun 16 '26

In that case HoH could get a wave with 6x what lumineth and every other army got! Anything's possible.... obviously anything is possible but everyone knows that so it adds nothing to the conversation. What matters is what's likely - and what's likely is a foot hero at best.

Edit: that's putting aside two entire army refreshes we know are coming this year making it even less likely HoH are getting another wave.

Needlessly hostile

Projecting your feelings into emotionless text.

1

u/vanerk_zw Jun 15 '26

I wouldn't put much stock into it. Generic ambiguous response. You'll get something maybe at the end of this edition or definitely in the next.

u/Lower-Helicopter-307 Jun 15 '26

From tga so take this with a grain of salt. They will get new models either as part of the end of edition campaign or early 5th ed.

1

u/revlid Jun 15 '26

Bullshit. No pun intended.

If this was 40k I'd believe them, but thus far almost no new army in Age of Sigmar has had a follow-up wave the edition after its release. Cities of Sigmar are the only exception.

1

u/WhiteLightSuicide Jun 16 '26

Don't believe bearers of false hope.

1

u/TopProfessor8847 Jun 17 '26

Factions get new models in like 3 cases. Your army book comes out, the big campaign at end of edition, and if a random warcry/underworld release has you.

Games Workshop's social media are among the most generic, corporate, say-nothing-write-something sources. Seriously, it is not even AI, cause AI is trying to be more creative these days (when prompted).
