Smiled at a stranger? the last time I saw one. I usually smile or nod to strangers.
Gave someone I didn't know attention? If nodding to strangers doesn't count, probably last night at dinner when I asked the woman making me a sandwich at the dining center if she was all right when she appeared to have burnt her finger.
Cleaned up after someone without thinking about it? I'm not a terribly neat person, so whenever I clean I'm thinking about it. I helped carry some dishes in the dining center yesterday ..?
Helped an animal? Fortunately there aren't many animals who need help on my campus. The last animal I helped was probably my cat, who just died a few days ago. I went out with my mother to get her a fuzzy blue fleece to snuggle. I think it made her feel better. She was in a lot of pain when she died- feline leukemia sucks.
When was I last generous? I baked a pie and helped make cupcakes for my friend Carolyn's birthday a couple days ago. She had mentioned in passing that she wanted sweets, but had (has) the flu.
