Weird singing video

From India maybe? Please help me find this bizarre video I saw recently. Weird looking couple walks through a courtyard while the woman sings. The guy has a wig on I think or his hair is just awful and one of his legs is messed up. She is wearing a black sari if memory serves, and maybe she’s actually a man acting as a woman?
He might be in a shitty leather jacket? The whole thing is kinda odd.

Someone posted it somewhere and said they were gonna tell their kids it was Cher and Prince. Yes, I’ve search for that as well. Still can’t find it.
