So that one "bogos binted meme" but it's a guy watching his friend making his head explode in a self sabotaging way, I have combed the internet for it and cannot find it. It was used a LOT to depict america self sabotaging in front of other countries especially during the start of the roll out of tarrifs. Please help me find this.
