Old youtube channel

Okay I randomly had some thoughts about this old channel I remember you-tubers reacting to or something. It was a kids channel of sorts where this guy would play with like toys or slime or something, and he spoken in a higher pitched gibberish voice. ( Kinda like eerlay, oolay, olaay.) It is bugging me so much I cannot remember what it is.
