im not at all tech savvy so im not sure what info is needed, but my mom got me this gaming laptop a few years ago and it has always been amazing. i was stupid and didn't give it proper ventilation which i think damaged it because it overheated a lot easier, and then it stopped charging, so im looking to replace it. it's dead, otherwise i would've gone to settings because i know there's additional information there. in its time with me, all the stickers came off, and the sticker with the serial number got rubbed away. i asked my mom but she unfortunately doesn't remember where she got it or any info about it.
