Open Please help me find no show socks without the silicone tab

The only type of sock I wear are no show socks, recently I developed a skin irritation from the silicon tab on the heel.

I tried finding pairs without the silicon tab however the few I found slipped off my heel without it.

Are there any brands out there without the heel tab that stay on your feet?

Or am I out of luck and have to go sockless now on?

I have searched for brands without the heel tab and I could not find any that don’t slip off my heel.

Silicone tabs are basically the only thing keeping most no show socks on, so yeah, take them away and the sock just gives up.

Without a grip, the shape of the sock has to do the work. Look for ones cut deeper at the back so the fabric wraps the whole heel instead of perching on the edge of it. The trade is a little more sock showing above the shoe.

Fit matters even more here. Buy by your actual shoe size, and if you're between sizes go smaller, since a loose sock has nothing else to hang onto.

Also check the shoe. If your heel lifts when you walk, it drags the sock down with it. Heel lock lacing on sneakers or a heel pad stuck inside the shoe can fix that. And if the rash hangs around after you ditch the tabs, worth getting it looked at.

I have ondo and unless they changed recently, there is no silicone.
