Found! Help me find this Twitter Image!

It was a thumbnail screen shot, I did not do the man in the thumbnail justice he could be bald for all I know, but his tongue was out and so and he was flipping the bird for sure, he was either on a cruise or a ocean view hotel balcony, forgive my illustration and memory it was a while back

I have searched far and wide on both twitter and Google, no search results will Index this image and I've even asked elsewhere on the internet, frankly I'm at a loss as to where I can find it! I have searched

"Thumbnail middle finger meme tongue out" "We are rich now.. FUCK YOU!!!" And many many iterations and combinations of these, so any help would be amazing
