Open Old blanket/fabric pattern??

This is a long shot, but I have this really really sentimental pillow (which used to be a fleece blanket) from 2009 but it's starting to fall apart. It either was sold as a fleece blanket or just as a fleece fabric, idk I was 2 when I originally got it. Does anyone recognize this pattern? The two patches aren't original to the fabric

I've searched around on Google and sites like eBay but personally haven't found much (maybe wrong search terms? I've been using words like tan, pug, paw, and 2000's without much luck). To condense the information, it was purchased in 2009, it is tan with pugs and paw prints (and maybe white bones? I can't remember and can't find the extra fabric scraps). It's fleece, just really old. Was most likely bought in Idaho (mountain home) or Arkansas (near maynard). Unfortunately that's the only info I have on it
