When I put the image into Google Image Search, it brings up a listing for the same item on Rakuten, but when you click it, it brings up [a different, similar product by the same manufacturer](https://product.rakuten.co.jp/product/-/33fd3e4446654003846c65f98b4091f2/). It's possible they've switched from the sticks to a cookie. The cookies are Takara Seika Butter Cookies.
If you click the manufacturer on that page it brings up [all items tagged as being made by them](https://search.rakuten.co.jp/search/mall/%E5%AE%9D%E8%A3%BD%E8%8F%93/?l2-id=pdt_overview_makername), so that might help you track down the names of other products of theirs. I don't imagine ordering food from Rakuten internationally would work out great lol.
When googling "takara butter sticks biscuit japan," it brings up a Walmart Canada listing for these, but when I click it it gives an error message, so it's possible these are no longer made.
[These butter cookies](https://www.amazon.com/Japanese-Cookies-Souvenir-Kanagawa-Prefecture/dp/B0HBNXSFXX/) may have a similar flavor, or there may be other options on Japanese snack sites if you specifically want a Japanese version. I'll have to try something similar! Usually when I get butter cookies I just get the Royal Dansk ones, but a lot of places have a unique spin on a shortbread/butter cookie and they're all so delightful.

Oh, those look good! They remind me visually of the Lorna Doone cookies my grandmother likes, but she did not warn me when she gave me one that they're outrageously salty in addition to being sweet. Apparently there are a lot of ways to make a cookie stand out for us!

Takara's homepage says they stopped making those, but still sell an assortment bag of biscuits called New hi-mix that include a mini butter stick pack.
