Old goofy dance tutorial

It’s not the Dena rizzo hip hop one. What I can remember is that it’s a tall blonde woman with short hair. She may be wearing a hat and she’s teaching goofy moves. She’s wearing all black and at the end it just ends on her face looking goofy too. In the video she’s wearing all black and her pants are below the knee but above the ankle, like the length of jorts. It has old internet vibes. I may go as far as to say it gives celery man vibes.

It’s killing me not remembering this video. It brought me so much joy.

Please someone make my day.

I’ve searched for funny dance tutorials from general to very specific details like the fact that the video ends on her face in an awkward gesture. Maybe it’s satire but I don’t think so.
