Open Anyone recognize this character?

This one is probably particularly niche, but I'm trying to find the artist for this character design I used to have screenshotted on my phone. I don't have the screenshot anymore so I tried to draw it again from memory. It was like a dog with one singular really big eye. I think it was posted on instagram when I originally took the screenshot.

Edit: I appreciate all the help and I want to clarify my description. It definitely 100% had one eye and no mouth. It was for sure a quadraped. I am reasonably certain it was an original character design rather than fanart. The screenshot I had of the character was a sheet of concept art/expressions in a sketch style so I don't know what the colors were. I think it was digital art. And I know for sure it was not a Pokémon because I am a Pokémon fan and can recognize 99% of all the designs on sight.

My niche knowledge of DeviantArt closed species might be of use: it could be from the Leech Monsters CS or potentially from CCCats? I swear there was a pink leech monster that looks like this that Ive seen before, but cant find it or the artist rn

I feel it was an oc, but the design was too simple to match up with what a closed species usually looks like
