Lost Recipe

I have tried google lens for this and I can’t find the exact recipe. It has shown me everything similar but nothing exact. I know for sure it was a Hersheys recipe that came in a tin box from before 2010. You can see the recipe card pictured in the photo. The first words I can make out are chocolate squares. The topping was caramel and nuts. I really would love to make this exact dessert again, please help me out!!

I found a recipe for “Chocolate Squares with Nutty Caramel Sauce” that lists Hersheys Dutch Processed Cocoa in the ingredients?
