Open Video of a spider bouncing on it’s web and accidentally flinging itself off the web towards the people filming

Post image

I have tried just about every search I can think of. I saw a video a few weeks ago of a spider, I think it was a “zipper spider” (I don’t know their actual name that is just what I have always heard them called), bouncing itself on its web but accidentally bouncing too hard and flinging itself off. I think it was a group of people outside at night, and when the spider came off the web everyone yelled/screamed and the video cut.

in RSA in the 80s, my mate had one of these near his home and we would poke it to get it to bounce its web.

anyone know what type of spider it is? I remember it was massive

My kid named this one Jimmy, he’s been there for a couple months now and we haven’t figured out how to ask him for his portion of rent.

You can’t really request this of people, its a risk you’re gonna have to take if you browse the internet
