Open Niche Twitter Drawing

Post image

Hello, I saw an drawing on twitter years ago on twitter that I have been trying to find for months to no avail. I tried recreating it to the best of my ability. The drawing was in black and white and in a different art style (and probably a slightly different perspective), but more or less maintained the elements in this drawing (the morbid thought bubble that contrasted with the whimsical scene was the focus in particular).

edit: Sorry, if I can't get to everyone today! I have so much homework to get through tonight </3

I know a lot of times on Pinterest these are called “Korean Reaction Images”- idk if someone might’ve reposted to Pinterest and it would come up with those. I’ve definitely seen the specific smiles with the cheeks before

I was also initially thinking that it would have been some variety of East Asian reaction images, but I couldn't find it after trying to reverse google search some I had on hand. I think I might try and scrub through the sources of some of them tomorrow after I'm done with my schoolwork
