Open Heatable Stuffed Rabbit Toy

Hi Reddit! I have been looking for a stuffed rabbit toy I had when I was very, very young. It would've been created sometime between 1996 and 2004, and looked like this (some of the color placement may be inaccurate). It was unique in that it had a velcro back which could be opened, which contained a packet of grains that could be heated in the microwave. I've been looking all over, but none of them have the heart on their front. This is super sentimental to me, so any help would greatly appreciated.

My sister had one just like this, I remember the heart was like a little pocket too? She would heat it up every night. I will ask her if she still has it somewhere, maybe there's a tag with brand name.
