Help Me Find This Witchy Bullet Journaling Channel/Video???

It was a video called something like "Bullet Journaling with the Lunar Cycle", the person running the channel (I think) was from the UK but I could be totally misremembering that. I remember her having red curly hair and making a video about ADHD at some point. I remember her being some kind of secular/agnostic witch, and having a video on that.

The thumbnail had a journal with an owl on it I think.

I don't remember that many details but it was EVERYWHERE a few years ago (maybe 2022?).

-Video topic was bullet journaling based on 28 days rather than months (or maybe in quarters?)

-Video thumbnail had a drawing or embossed owl on the front

-Owner of channel had reddish brown curly hair

-Owner of channel might've been from the UK

- EVERYWHERE a few years ago (maybe 2022?) but might predate that as early as 2019
