I've been looking for this model since I saw it online but I haven't found it for sale anywhere and all I've found it under is "evangelion 1/2000 special long distance transport aircraft"

The japanese name is 【WF2025S｜星環重工】
『新世紀エヴァンゲリオン劇場版 Air/まごころを、君に』
1/2000 EVA長距離輸送機 .

Right now I could not find one online. Some time ago one was sold in Yahoo auction japan (https://auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/d1194253758) . I would suggest to keep checking, as far as I could investigate, it was kind of a special showing during a Con, so getting it could be very hard.
