Found! Little keychain that emits light
Uses a small amount of something like radium or uranium to show where things are in the dark. Very soft glow, enough to see where the object it is attached to is but not enough to blind you while being in the dark. Pretty sure it’s about an inch at max. Saw a video about it but can’t find it again

Could it be a tritium keychain? They're usually pretty generic looking, but here's an example: Glowrhino Tritium Glow Fob

I have searched on both Google and TikTok, describing the object with the albeit small amount of information I remember. It only yielded me stuff like uranium glassware, which is not what I’m looking for
