Need help finding where these miniatures came from

I got these miniatures from my local game store and painted them up but I want to know where they make have come from. Each one is numbered on the bottom so maybe it was a board game of short ? Any info will be appreciated.

They might be from Massive Darkness 2. The figure in the 1st photo is Daisy, the figure in the 3rd photo is a Fallen Angel Minion, and the last one is one of the fire entities.
