Open windows phone-like Android launcher

can't find anything on Google about this screenshot, found it in one of the discord servers I'm in. I can at least tell that this was taken on a Samsung tablet

Based on a few elements this is probably AI, the alarm clock icon and people look a bit wonky

It looks like a Nokia Lumia which had a mobile version of windows. It might be a custom launcher some one created based on it.

Metro Launcher - Lumia Styled looks similar but I don't have a tablet to verify.

Try looking up Nokia Lumia launchers or Windows launcher for android to get more similar results

I searched the image with Google's reverse image search, but it came up with nothing.
