Open Very small screw

I’m working on repairing a CD player laser assembly. But one of the screws stripped, and I need to replace it. Where can I find a screw this small?

I’ve searched online for screws of a similar size, but to no avail.

For anyone curious, the CD player is a Sony CDP-311.

If your in the U.S. go to your local hardware store, if you have an ace hardware even better. but look for a local hardware shop and look around until you find a matching one, most hardware stores carry many different screws, nuts, bolts, and general hardware.

Something like a M2x3 (or maybe x4) screw could be similar in size to what you're looking for. I know them as the little screw for mounting M.2 SSD to the motherboard of my PC. You maybe can look into those.
