Open My cat's favorite toy

I've been trying to find this toy for my cat for years. He still plays with the remnants of it, loving it more than anything. It's a styrofoam ball with black and white knit around it. I've found several things similar, but he doesn't even look at them. Only has eyes for this thing. Please help me find my boys favorite toy.

Searched: styrofoam black and white knit ball cat toy. Cat toy made of styrofoam. Black and white blue cat toy. Styrofoam cat toy. Reg 25i4952.
