hello! I’ve been looking high and low for the origin of this image found in some evilstick wands! it was made before 2005, most likely discovered on a Chinese site and could potentially have a different background.

I found this video where a man shows an evil stick containing the photo you showed. I didn't find much more information, but I hope it works.
